It was a beautiful spring day for Naomi's session all daffodils were all in bloom.
When I first met Naomi I thought how much she looked like a modern day Snow White. She had such lovely dark hair and creamy ivory skin. Naomi, you are such a natural beauty!
We had such a nice time discovering beautiful places for Naomi's Senior Photos throughout the Morton Arboretum.
Naomi has been a dancer since the age of three. We had to incorporate her love of dance and gracefulness into her Senior Pics. I loved capturing Naomi in her element.
Here's a little something that Naomi's sweet mom, Barb wrote...
Naomi started as a full time college student at Joliet Junior College this fall semester. She has taken some classes at JJC for the past 3 semesters of high school while she was homeschooling. Now she is an official college student!! She is pursuing a degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics Technology.
Naomi started dancing at the age of 3. After 15 straight years of dance at the Dance Workshop in Orland Park, she has “graduated” from the studio. She has been trained in ballet, pointe, jazz, modern, and lyrical. She helped for 4 years as a Teacher’s Assistant at the studio, instilling in young little girls the love of ballet and joy of dancing. Naomi has also worked, as needed, at the studio as a substitute teacher. At this time, she is taking a “graduation” break from dancing. Her Momma is very sad that this era of her life is over, because watching her dance has been a joy that fills my heart. However, Naomi has many beautiful, compassionate, and endearing qualities that warm my heart and make me so proud she is my daughter.
Working with children and those in need is a passion of Naomi’s. Her tender spirit and warm, compassionate heart touches those she meets. She has volunteered in the church nursery and kids’ church, along with working each summer as a counselor at a camp for foster children. In 2017, she went on a missions trip to Haiti, where she ministered to children in orphanages. She hopes to return to Haiti again soon.
In September, Naomi started working part time at Chick-fil-a in Orland Park. She says it’s a very positive environment to work in and is enjoying all the interesting people that come in for their delicious chicken sandwiches.
