Can you say FUN??? Yes, this girl is so much fun to be with and oh so pleasant! She has a beautiful smile and a contagious laugh!
I was blessed to have two sessions with this high-spirited young lady in the spring and in the fall. In the spring we went to the The Morton Arboretum to experience all of their lovely flowers. Emme's wardrobe was perfect for each of the sessions. In the spring, she brought a yellow lace dress which was dreamy in the field of flowers. In the fall, she looked like a fashion model in both her burgandy dress and tall boots and suede skirt and cream sweater. She was a dream to photograph!
When I asked Emme's mom about her, this is what she had to say...
Emerson Stefan is a senior at Carl Sandburg High School where she has been on the Eaglette Dance team and a member of the Orchesis Dance Club all four years while attending Sandburg. Emerson has not yet decided which University she is attending yet, although accepted at Miami of Ohio, University of Tennessee and University of Kentucky. Wherever she decides, she will be studying Interior or Landscape Architecture.
She is the youngest of four children and happens to be the only girl – this might help explain her carefree, lighthearted, silly personality. Emerson’s passion for the outdoors and nature has resulted in her bedroom looking like a terrarium. She also loves the beach, hiking, rock climbing, running and anything that can keep her outside.
Emerson loves to experience life and is willing to try almost anything presented her way. She traveled to Japan this past summer with the Sandburg History department and enjoyed the adventure of new experiences, new friends and many new food choices.
Emerson is going to miss all her girlfriends, family and puppy Bo when she heads off to college in the fall.
Emme---I'm certain your happy spirit will be missed while you are away at college by all who know you!!!
